BOOKINGS
ALL appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking . ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. In relation to hair extensions, the deposit is used to purchase the hair specifically to your requirements. If you need to move your appointment, we would require at least 48 hours notice. An appointment can only be moved ONCE utilizing the same deposit. Should it need to be moved a second time, your deposit will be forfeited.

LATE APPOINTMENTS
Should any client turn up 15+ minutes late to their appointment, it is at our discretion as to whether the appointment can still go ahead depending if the service can be completed within the time frame left. We will always do our absolute best to accommodate every client, but sometimes this is impossible in such a short time frame. If we require extra time to be booked due to lateness, this will be at an extra cost which will be discussed and agreed with you.

NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS
Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, will be liable to pay a cancellation fee which equals 50% of the total cost of the service. Any cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment or no shows on the day will be liable to pay 100% of the total cost agreed. A further appointment can then be made with another deposit being paid to secure the appointment.

POOR AFTERCARE
A little matting is acceptable and will be carefully removed by your extension technician, however if severe matting is present due to poor aftercare, this will take extra time to be removed. This will incur extra charges for our time. This is completely avoidable if you look after your extensions and follow the aftercare instructions provided and attend maintenance appointments within the time frame given to you.

RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of the products, we CANNOT accept the return of any hair extensions after fitting. We guarantee the quality of our work for 7 days and in the rare event any fittings come loose within that timeframe, we will refit these free of charge.
If you are looking to refund or exchange any aftercare products purchased from ourselves, these must be returned to us within 14 days. Returned items must be returned in its original packaging with no signs of use.
