FITTING

The remaining balance is payable on the day of your fitting appointment.

Please attend your fitting appointment alone and on time with clean and straightened hair. We am limited on space in the salon so am unable to cater for children etc. Please wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo, only use conditioner on your ends and not your roots as this can cause your extensions to slide.

You will receive a free cut, blend and style with before and after photos for you to keep. These will be sent via Messenger. You will then be given aftercare advice with how to care for your extensions and how to get the longest possible lifespan out of the hair.

Once the hair has been fitted, there will be no refunds or returns due to hygiene purposes. If you have any problems, these must be reported within the first 7 days after fitting and I will rectify any issues immediately.
